You are welcome to visit our office during regular County Clerk business hours for your research needs. This County Clerk office ONLY has marriage records from 1878 to present.

When the Overton County Archive is completed, all marriage records from 1878 through present will be entered into the Overton County Archive. The County Clerk’s office has LIMITED BIRTH AND DEATH RECORDS.
